We hope that you are always satisfied with the items you purchase from us. However, should you, for any reason, wish to return your purchase, we offer an extended return policy on all our products (only available to customers in Norway for the time being)

A 14-day right of withdrawal is applicable according to Norwegian law, but we extend this to a 30-day right of withdrawal for all our products.

Our extended right of withdrawal

You have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. You are entitled to return opened and tried products. If you do not wish to keep the item, you must notify us before the expiration of the deadline. After notifying us of your intention to exercise the right of withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to return the item to us. The product must be unused.

Follow the instructions below to complete a return or send us an email at [email]. Remember to write 'RETURN' and your order number in the subject line of the email. 

Return of Goods:

2. Fill out the return form.

3. Place the products you do not want in a secure package.

4. Attach the return label on the outside of the package.

5. Drop off at the nearest Post pickup point


You are responsible for the return

It is your responsibility to ensure that the package reaches us, even though we cover the cost of the return postage.


If you are to receive a refund in connection with a return, it will be processed via Visa/Mastercard, Vipps, or Klarna. The refund should take place within 14 business days after we receive the product from you, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

The same rules for returns apply in case of the cancellation of a purchase due to delayed delivery from us.

Warranty Claim

If a defect or deficiency in a product is discovered, you must notify us within a reasonable time after discovering it, indicating your intention to claim a defect (complaint). You can report defects and deficiencies in the products to

We reserve the right to forward complaints to the manufacturer or subcontractor for further assessment of any defects and deficiencies. 
If you take action on your own initiative to remedy the defect beyond what may have been agreed with Concept Zero AS, we will not cover these expenses.

Exchange a Product?

If you want to exchange something you have purchased for another item, please contact our customer service at In orders that have not been shipped, we can easily make changes before it is dispatched.

Unclaimed Packages

If a package delivered to your local pickup point is not collected, we reserve the right to charge NOK 59 for the shipping and handling costs incurred.

All attempts at fraud will be tracked and reported to the police.
